A new minor release of Blender, version 2.41, was just released today. This release focuses on bugfixing, but there have been a lot of improvements to the game engine as well. The ability of using standard materials in the game engine is what makes me eager to try it out. Check out the details at blender.org.

By now you’ve probably already heard… Disney acquired Pixar today. Last I heard, the two companies had severed ties… now they’re closer than ever! It will be interesting how the Disney animation studios are changed; whether they’ll continue to make any more 2D cell-shaded cartoons or switch entirely to 3D animations.

After months without a new piece of art, I’ve finally finished a piece I’ve been working on here and there the past few weeks - Autumn.

After over a year of being located at a subdomain, I thought it was about time to set up a proper website at my own domain–so here I am! I will use this site as a blog and a portfolio for my 3D artwork and designs.
